Digital products are delivered via email with a secure download link. Physical items are shipped securely to your address, with delivery details provided at checkout.

Digital products can’t be returned once downloaded. If there’s a problem with your files, we’ll re-send or replace them. Physical items can be returned within 15 days in original condition—email support@sweatsshop.com with your order # for instructions.
